Role: Sales Development Representative (“SDR”)

Pay: Hourly Base + Commission, commensurate with experience

Summary:

Titlewise has created proprietary software to improve efficiency and quality of title research for

US-based real estate transactions. We're looking for a results-driven, Sales Development Representative

to join our sales team in order to cold-call potential clients to schedule high-quality meetings for our

sales executives. The SDR will work within Hubspot to track activities, source leads, and conduct all

communications.

Qualifications:

● Excellent communication skills with a knack for persuasive conversation

● Proven track record in sales or lead generation, preferably in the SaaS industry

● Self-motivated individual with a competitive spirit and relentless drive to achieve sales goals

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Experience with CRM software and understanding of sales performance metrics

Responsibilities:

● Cold-call potential clients to schedule high-quality meetings for our sales executives

● Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings, ensuring a clear understanding of prospects’ needs and alignment with our offerings

● Maintain a robust pipeline by tracking and following up on leads

● Collaborate with the sales team and use CRM tools to organize and document sales activities and communications

● Collaborate with a supportive team that values your input and success

Skills/Experience:

● Fluent in conversational English

● Strong but pleasant phone presence

● B2B cold calling / telemarketing / outbound sales / inside sales

● SAAS

● Organized

● Motivated / Self-Starter

● Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
